Would like to thank Andrew for resolving a rather bad mould issue that we had. Our agency got in touch with Andrew and his firm and rather quickly work was carried out (recently started our young family therefore dates had to be sorted out sooner rather than later). The system that was installed works wonders, and seems to have solved our problems which is amazing. The system itself is rather quiet which was surprising but a huge positive, the cabling is discreet and the boxing in does not look out of place at all. The system itself can be slightly tweaked if needed and is really simple to navigate around (I wouldn’t adjust any settings without prior discussing it with Andrew as they are set up to specific parameters to ensure it works as it should). To conclude, the work was done professionally and courteously, and we were reassured that if we had any concerns or questions, the team will always be there to help when needed. Thanks again Andrew!

I had the installation of Wall Mounted High Performance Extractors in my flat to solve the problem of condensation and mould issues.

We are absolutely thrilled with the radon mitigation work completed in our house. The team installed two positive pressure pumps and an extractor fan, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Andrew Hobbs from Better Indoors answered a google request from me and my wife about persistent condensation on the windows of our bungalow. He visited us and suggested a solution from better indoors would solve the problem. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and helpful in outlining the solution to our problem. The system involves circulating fresh air around the bungalow and it gives us both a fresher and more invigorating atmosphere to live in and is also very good at keeping COVID at bay. After suffering from frequent unexplained cold symptoms for the past couple of years and finding out I have a mild sensitivity to dust mites, I decided to look for a company that could carry out an assessment in my house to test the air quality. After contacting a few different companies, Better Indoors responded to me very quickly and were the only ones that could offer the service I was looking for (the other companies said they only focused on commerial properties).

On the day of the assessment Andrew was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He identified that the ventilation strategy currently in my house was very poor and likely contributing to increased dust mite populations. He recommended a comprehensive solution that would improve the air quality of my home.
